Alonya Nickelsen, who is well-known for her beautiful and realistic coloured pencil art, has developed a range of products to support not only her work, but other artists who work in the medium. She promotes her products under the brand Brush and Pencil. She’s even developed a beautiful paper product, LuxArchival, which is designed specifically for coloured pencil work, to complete the range. Magic Pencil is the New Zealand Distributor for Brush and Pencil products, and we are proud to present the products to artists based in New Zealand.
We distribute Brush and Pencil products throughout New Zealand only. All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Receiving payments
To ensure the security of your details, we accept credit card payments via PayPal only. Bank transfers can be made, but by arrangement only. Please drop us a line at nzmagicpencil@gmail.com if you would like to conclude payment by bank transfer.
Sending dangerous goods
Three of our products – Touch-up Texture, Advanced Colored Pencil Textured Fixative and Advanced Colored Pencil Final Fixative – are classified as Dangerous Goods for freighting purposes and need to shipped to our customers in a safe way. We fully comply with the safety processes that are required by the courier company we use to send our products. The shipping of dangerous goods may, in some instances, incur a delay of 2 – 3 days on top of normal delivery time. Learn more about the origin and safety of our products here,
Being sustainable in our packaging
At Magic Pencil, we try to do our part to reduce waste and support sustainability. We thus recycle and reuse packing material - where it is practical to do so - while ensuring that the products are protected and shipped safely and securely. Whilst using recycled packaging material, we make sure your parcel is well-packed and presentable!
