The Colored Pencil Touch-up Texture is a transparent liquid that comes in a 10 ml bottle with brush applicator, and is used to add texture to an area of a coloured pencil drawing where the surface has lost its tooth.

• The applicator supplies texture with precision and control to tight places or next to edges

• Once the treated area is completely dry, it hardens and allows you to easily create bright highlights or render small detail
